Welcome to the Silverdale Rotary Duck Race!

Annually, the Silverdale Rotary puts on the Silverdale Rotary Duck Race during Whaling Days.  Whaling Days is held the last full weekend of July in old town Silverdale.  By adopting a Duck you are contributing to the programs that support our Community. We want you to know that Adopting Ducks Changes Lives. Be they the lives of children through donations to programs feeding homeless children, supporting the Teen Center at the Haselwood Family YMCA, Stand Up For Kids, providing scholarships for graduating High School Seniors, providing dictionaries to 3rd Graders or supporting Corey's Day at the Farm, the Silverdale Rotary supports our youth.

When it comes to the adults in our community the Silverdale Rotary, thanks again to your Duck Adoptions, supports food banks, homeless shelters, battered women's shelters, just to name a few. Additionally, annually we provides dozens of grants to non-profit organizations supporting our Community.  These programs provide for our community and are fully supported by your Duck Adoptions.

So, when we say Adopting Ducks Changes Lives, know that for over 22 years your generous support has changed the lives of everyone in this Community.

Updates, where to Adopt Your Duck, and winner notifications are posted on the
